这辆接近两吨重的汽车，其乘员舱作为最重要的求生空间在时速为64千米/时的正面撞击测试中被完全撞毁，司机没有任何的生还可能。侧面撞击测试的结果也没有更好的结果–50千米/时的撞击速度–此项测试中司机也有相当严重的头部撞伤。在正面撞击测试中，严重缩进车体的方向盘对司机头部早成致命伤。在严重破损的驾驶舱中，破裂的仪表板及完全损坏的腿部空间对司机腰部、胸部及腿部造成毁灭性的变形和伤害。撞毁后和车体粘合在一起的车门只能通过工具强行开启，延误了对乘员实施抢救措施的时机。
